Zimmerman Chair, a family owned furniture manufacturing company in Lebanon, PA has served the live edge market for many years. We collect locally harvested hardwood such as oak, cherry, maple, ash, and walnut from tree removal services and homeowners. The logs are milled into slabs, which are air dried for nearly 2 years. Next, the slabs are taken through our vacuum kiln and dried to approximately 8% moisture, planed and sanded to 120 Grit. We have hundreds of slabs in stock, ready for your workshop.
